8 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1 large turnip, diced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 turkey carcass
Place everything in crock pot. (Don't bother picking the meat off of the carcass, it will cook off in the pot.) Cook 7 to9 hours on LOW. Remove bay leaf .Tags:
